Meet Our Clerks And Drivers

Allison Moore is an always-present face at Prosperity Drug. She joined the team in 2020 and has been helping our patients ever since. In her downtime, she enjoys camping and taking care of her herd of goats.

Marlene Youngblood has been part of the Prosperity Drug team since 2016. She is a native of Orangeburg, but now calls Prosperity home. She works at Prosperity Drug because she enjoys helping people and getting to know her community. When she's not at work, Marlene likes to paint, go on nature walks, read, and travel.

​

Beverly Leslie joined Prosperity Drug in 2021 after working for the School District of Newberry County for 32 years. She enjoys working for Prosperity Drug because it is a family organization that cares for the community.

Rodney Bedenbaugh is a lifelong resident of Prosperity and is still very active in the community as a delivery driver and volunteer firefighter. Rodney even worked at Prosperity Drug from 1956-1961 before rejoining us in 2016. He has one daughter, Karen Smith, and enjoys eating and traveling. He feels led to continue driving with Prosperity Drug because he enjoys being able to see people who may not have seen anyone that day and who cannot get out of the house. 

Hubert Kinard joined the Prosperity Drug team in 2016 after a 25 year career as a teacher at Mid Carolina High School. He grew up with the store, and actually taught John while he was in high school. Hubert has two children and six grandchildren, and spends his time camping when he's not delivering medications. Hubert likes to think of his work at Prosperity Drug as a personal ministry where he can serve the community. 

Pat Longshore joined the delivery team in November of 2021 after retiring from SCE&G/Dominion energy. Pat and his wife, Dorothy, together have three children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, chasing his grandkids, and fishing. If you can't find Pat at Prosperity drug, he's probably at the beach or in the mountains enjoying time with his wife.

David Jenkins started as a driver with Prosperity Drug in 2016 after retiring from education after 41 years. David and his wife Cathy have two daughters, Kelly and Amy, and two grandchildren, William and Cathryn. David enjoys meeting new people on his delivery routes. When he's not driving a Drug Bug, David is probably hunting, gardening, or going on mission trips. 

Milton Price joined the Prosperity Drug team in 2022 after a 40 year career with SCE&G/SCANA/Dominion Energy. Milton is a longtime resident of Newberry and is a 1979 graduate of Newberry College. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and golf and spends time with his two daughters and three grandchildren.

Our newest member of the delivery team, Dow joined us here at Prosperity Drug in 2023. While he grew up in Atlanta, he moved to South Carolina in 1979 after graduating from Emory University. Dow has three children (Kirk, Christian, and Louise) and plays with his neighbor's dogs as he does not have any of his own. When Dow's not delivering medications, you can find him playing pickleball, boating, or jet skiing.
